Online purchase, never ever visited or even heard of this distant out-of-state store, but they stocked a hard to find high-end firearm. Phoned and visited with Jose, thorough but no nonsense conversation convinced me to purchase.
The purchase was easy stepped 1-2-3, with very quick ship local delivery and transfer, firearm was EXACTLY in the Factory ALL NEW condition that Jose examined and shared with me it was (in fact I almost believe he used a magnifying glass to do this inspection-no surprises!). Considerate follow-up by phone and email sharing ship timetable and UPS tracking.

Great person to deal with. I'm am from out of state and by chance found a difficult to locate Kimber pistol I have been looking for NIB on his website. Contacted Jose and we agreed on a price and was willing to take photos of the pistol before I purchased it. Payment and shipping were very efficient and he had it sent out the next day.
